Ms. Nguyen Thi Trang is a founding member and also holds the position of Executive Director of WEDM VINA. In this position, Ms. Trang is responsible for operating and managing WEDM VINA's activities in accordance with the development directions and strategies set by the Board of Directors. Before participating in founding and operating WEDM VINA, Ms. Trang had many years of experience working in the fields of finance, commerce, administration and human resources at large economic corporations such as Tien Group Joint Stock Company. Ministry - TTB Group, Thai Nguyen Construction Investment and Consulting Joint Stock Company - TCICO Group. Ms. Nguyen Thi Trang graduated from National Economics University and spent 5 years living and working in Korea.
Member of the Board of Directors - Production Management
Mr. Nguyen Viet Hoai
Mr. Nguyen Viet Hoai is from Ky Anh district, Ha Tinh province, in charge of Production Management at WEDM VINA. Mr. Hoai has the following responsibilities:
- - Receive orders from the sales department, analyze data, plan and schedule production.
- - Decide how best to utilize factory workers and equipment to meet production goals
- - Ensure that production is on schedule and within budget
- - Monitor the export, import, and production processes to provide appropriate development directions and proposals.
- - Monitor and supervise the workforce in the factory. Support data analysis to evaluate the working efficiency of each group, each department, and individual in the factory.
- - Coordinate work, plan warehouse import and export, import and export of goods, finished products, etc.
- - Fix problems in production
- - Write production reports
Mr. Hoai has 4 years of experience as a Senior Advisor on telecommunications infrastructure development in Angola and Central African countries.
