NSD machines are true CNC machines based on computer control. Users can use DXF files or directly NC programs, fine-tuning EP discharge conditions. The machine will automatically check the percentage of electrode wear and compensate the parameters accurately. This is important to ensure the holes are drilled through. And in addition, the machine also controls the hole depth well when processing non-piercing holes.

Ability to drill continuously even if the hole is smaller than 0.3mm. The attached image is a product sample with 1000 drilled holes using 0.2mm electrodes.
